Oxford Bookstore organized a Meeting on the subject of Opportunities for Not IT professionals in IT / ITeS companies, with particular reference to the Challenges in Facilities Management.
The meeting started with a brief introduction of speakers by Shweata Kaul, Manager of Oxford Bookstore.
Raghav Rao who is the Founder of HRinIndia has started the debated by clearly defining the core competencies that are required by a Facilities Manager. The evolution of the function was elucidated with exampls by Ujjal, Chief Performance Enhancer of Air Deccan.
The meeting discussed in detail the various challenges that are being faced by the Senior Management staff managing facilities of IT and ITeS companies.
The meeting was well attended by book lovers, career seekers and members from Print and Electronic media.
