Dear Friends,
It is indeed a wonderful feeling creating this Blog in the name of HRinIndia. This most moment for me is as memorable as July 9, 2001 when HRI formed.
I wish to publish my views on various issues not only confined to the HR function to all the Management aspects - Marketing, Finance, IT. I personally feel that we HR folks should not be involved too much with our own Function and turn a blind eye to see whats happening in other fields of Management. This will help all of us to be well rounded Management Professionals.
As we move on i request friends to keep writing and post your views on whatever is written out here.
