Conference Backgrounder
In spite of the best efforts by the Companies operating in the BPO space, they have failed to provide a 'Career' in the industry. With a result there has been a very high degree of churn happening in the entire ITeS spectrum. The Conference will focus on how to sell a 'Career' and project that the employment in this sector is long term in nature rather than a short term.

Conference Chairman :
Mr Rangan Mohan is the Conference Chair. Mr. Mohan took over the reigns of HTMT's IT Division in 2002 and since, has been instrumental in setting the company on an accelerated growth path. Dealing with IT & IT enabled Services, under his leadership HTMT has grown to become among the top 10 ITeS companies in India. He has been part of the team that founded companies like Mphasis BFL Ltd and has also worked with industry leaders like Wipro. Today, Mr. Mohan is perceived as one of the top opinion leaders for the IT & ITeS industry in the country.
